Federal employee wins disability accommodation appeal. Complainant filed an appeal with the Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in response to the Agency’s Final Decision (FAD). The OFO held that the Agency had violated the law when it failed to accommodate Complainant’s disabilities. The Agency had denied her request to work telework full time. The OFO further held that the Agency unduly delayed Complainant’s access to the technologies necessary for her to effectively telework from home. Moreover, the Agency’s repeated failures to remedy the issues caused a continuous significant impact on Complainant’s ability to perform her duties.
