EEOC finds no discrimination in federal employee’s pay. The Complainant, a federal employee, filed an EEO alleging sex discrimination in pay.
She then filed a request for a hearing. The EEOC Administrative Judge issued a Decision Without A Hearing finding no discrimination. The Agency then issued its FAD implementing the AJ’s decision. The Complainant then appealed. The EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations (OFO) affirmed the FAD. The OFO found that the Agency’s salary increases and performance based-salary increase system were gender-neutral factors and were applied consistently.
